The lack of attention in contraventions of intrafamily violence during the pandemic

The general objective of the investigation was to legally analyze the lack of care in intrafamily violence violations during the pandemic. The approach made by the researchers for the development of the method, was based on the quantitative approach, through the investigation, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources made up of articles, standards, laws, theses, among others, describing the findings found. Documentary review was used as a technique. In addition, samples were taken from those processes of the people who were treated in the Violence Judicial Unit from the beginning of the declaration of the pandemic. It is concluded that, during the pandemic, due to the lack of care in cases of non-flagrant domestic violence violations, in the canton of El Carmen, by not having provided a quality service, the rights to care were violated.
