Impact on the right to a good standard of living and the right to work

In this research, the general objective was to legally analyze the impact of the right to work on the right to live well. For the development of the methodology, the researchers used the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various sources consisting of articles, rules and laws among others, describing the findings. The scope of research used in the study was descriptive. Likewise, by means of the survey technique with a population of 60 members of the transport cooperative "Cristóbal Colón", 53 members were surveyed. The inductive-deductive method was also used. It is concluded that, for the achievement of Good Living, it is necessary to analyze the conflicts of all people in general for the strengthening of harmony in the diversity of society with nature.
