Abstract

The general objective of this research was to legally analyze the right to health in older adults. It was developed from the quantitative paradigm, it is also framed from a documentary-bibliographic design, through the inquiry, collection and critical documentary analysis and bibliographic reference, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources such as scientific research, articles and refereed works, laws, international treaties, among others. It is also supported by the application of a survey to a group of 53 older adults of the Association of Older Adults "Padre Carlos de la Vega". It is concluded that the measurement of the good living that has been carried out at a research level and that it is clear that this ideology or State policy as such, is not accessible to the vast majority of older adults of the "Padre Carlos de la Vega" Association, that it is more of a utopia.
