Child begging and violation of human rights

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze child begging and the violation of human rights. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the methodology was based on the methodology with quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, rules and laws among others, describing the findings. In the research, the documentary review from a legal point of view was used as a technique. We conclude that it is important to mention that this problem has increased due to the fact that the rulers of our city of Riobamba do not adopt the necessary public policies for the eradication of this problem, and this has allowed our city to occupy one of the highest positions at the national level in terms of begging and child labor.
