Violation of rights due to the impact of the coronavirus in Ecuador

The research aims to analyze the violation of rights due to the impact of the coronavirus in Ecuador in the suburbs of the city of Guayaquil - Ecuador. We worked from a descriptive-documentary methodological conception. The study focused on a lower class clearly shows the harsh reality that these people live daily and the great impact that they can have if a pandemic of this magnitude such as Covid-19 attacks us, when facing such a powerful pandemic and unpredictable affects from the richest but with greater effect to the low class people, since the lack of resources does not allow them to have access to adequate food and the fundamental thing to medicine, which is fundamental to face this pandemic which leads to an obvious violation of rights guaranteed by our constitution, which in many cases is a dead letter.
