Right of resistance to mining exploitation in the Telimbela parish of Ecuador.

The objective of this research was to legally analyze the right of resistance to mining exploitation in the Telimbela parish of Ecuador. The research was developed from the quantitative paradigm, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. In addition, a non-experimental field design, through observation and inquiry, collection and critical analysis of data. Likewise, the construction of graphs as a result of the analysis and what was observed in the field. Likewise, it was framed from a documentary-bibliographic design. The population consisted of all the anti-miners of Telimbela. The sample consisted of 20 people. It is concluded that the vast majority of those surveyed affirmed that the claims against the mining exploitation projects in Telimbela violate the right to resistance of the inhabitants of this sector, which consequently violates other rights.
