In the present research, a soft skills workshop was designed, with the contributions of scientific literature, to determine its influence on the improvement of collaborative work among teachers. It is characterized as an applied research, from the quantitative approach, and with a quasi-experimental design. The sample consisted of 60 teachers, 30 from the experimental group and 30 from the control group. The pre-test results show a significance value greater than 0.05 (p=0.912>0.05), thus proving that prior to the application of the workshop, both groups were equivalent and there was no significant difference between them. The post-test results show a significance value of less than 0.05 (p=0.000<0.05), which shows that after applying the workshop, the groups did present a significant difference, favoring the experimental group. It is concluded that the soft skills workshop does significantly improve collaborative work among teachers.
