Abstract

The objective of the research was to determine the effectiveness of pedagogical practices to improve the inclusive culture in Early Childhood education in Educational Institutions of Miraflores, Chimbote 2021. Of a descriptive correlational type with a non-experimental design. Existing significance of, 421 being less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the H1 or affirmative hypothesis is accepted and H0 or null is rejected, which indicates that the pedagogical practices used have been effective in the generation of a inclusive culture in early childhood education. Therefore, it is considered important to manage the necessary pedagogical resources in order to promote a student with acceptance thinking to the diversity of his classmates, this involves the possibility of articulating relationships based on educational alterity, being necessary that such action be match with the educational policies and management philosophy of the institution.
