Rights of children and adolescents to achieve a society free of child abuse

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the rights of children and adolescents in order to achieve a society free of child abuse. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the study population was based basically on written documents such as theses, refereed works, laws. The analytical-synthetic part was based on mentally decomposing the system under study. The inductive-deductive method was also used. The instrument used to obtain the statistics was a survey of 30 people. It is concluded that child abuse is a serious problem that affects children all over the world. Over the years, recognition and awareness of this phenomenon has grown, supported by research, investigation and awareness.
