Law and morality: the situation based on Ecuadorian legal norms

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze law and morality: A situation based on Ecuadorian legal regulations. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. A survey was applied, with a random sample of 60 people to be surveyed in their homes. It is concluded that the non-compliance with the law and morality has been confirmed through discrimination with unequal treatment of recent residents, so it is considered to develop a plan of lectures on the law and morality in order that the residents are aware of how it is handled and the correlation that these have through the legal analysis carried out on the law and morality.
