Non-compliance with maintenance claims and maintenance orders

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the non-payment of maintenance and maintenance claims. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. A survey was applied, with a sample of 40 people. It is concluded that the partial personal constraint in alimony is governed by laws and regulations established in the General Organic Code of Processes, which implies the deprivation of liberty for those citizens who repeatedly fail to pay alimony to children and adolescents. The Organic Code of Childhood and Adolescence recognizes the right to food as fundamental to guarantee the protection and satisfaction of basic needs.
