In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. In conclusion, persons deprived of liberty by Constitutional mandate are part of the priority attention group and in this sense a progressive system was created for serving the sentence through three regimes, closed, semi-open and open, however, with the reforms referring to the semi-open regime under the arguments of protecting the rights of the victims and avoiding recidivism.
