The crime of embezzlement: Comparative analysis between Ecuadorian, Peruvian and Spanish legislation

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the crime of embezzlement: Comparative analysis between Ecuadorian, Peruvian and Spanish legislation. The quantitative method was used, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that, in the crime of embezzlement is of great value from the perspective of Criminal Law, by determining conducts that are criminally relevant and that protect legal goods that involve the state responsibility in the management of goods, which belong to all citizens.
