Conciliation in traffic accidents involving property damage

The general objective of the study was to legally analyze the conciliation in traffic accidents with material damages. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type. The analytical-synthetic aspect is based on mentally decomposing the system studied in several compendiums in order to reach the production of new knowledge. The inductive-deductive method was also used. The survey instrument used was the survey of public servants and lawyers in free practice. It is concluded that traffic accidents are events classified as crimes of a culpable and involuntary nature that occur on public roads involving people, vehicles and even animals, causing deaths, injuries and injuries to people and material damage to property.
