Lack of medical care with a focus on the violation of rights

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the lack of medical care with a focus on the violation of rights. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, rules and laws among others, describing the findings. A questionnaire was applied to 50 people who are in the Martin Icaza Hospital, specifically in the Emergency Department. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve the lack of attention by the doctors of the medical center, preventing unpleasant situations. It was evident that the medical services provided by the doctors to their patients are not very good and that there is a need for people with character.
