Failure to comply with obligations in the guardianship for remarriage of minors

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the breach of obligations in the guardianship for second marriages in minors. The method used in the research was based on the qualitative approach, handling the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology. An analytical-reflexive process was generated, contributing to the generation of the extension of the state of the art in correlation to the legal framework. The research technique applied was the interview; the tool or instrument used was the interview guide, which was applied to legal professionals, seeking to obtain their legal opinion on the request for a monthly follow-up. It is concluded that the violation of the constitutional rights of minors in the guardianship for remarriage poses significant challenges that require attention and action. It is essential to implement effective measures to ensure respect for the rights of minors
