Legal effects of the control and sanction for the killing of an urban animal of fauna

The general objective of this research was to analyze the legal effects of the control and sanction for killing urban wildlife animals. This study was based on the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents, bibliographic references, studies or research projects, from the interpretation of law. In this case, it is intended to apply as a research technique, the documentary review of texts, doctrine and norms. On the other hand, the survey techniques were applied, whose inquiry allowed the method of analysis of the study phenomenon and the obtaining of relevant information for the construction of the theoretical fabric. A total of 120 surveys were made to different people of the locality. It is concluded that it is necessary to consider that the Ecuadorian State is effectively aligned to the control and regulation of the death of animals belonging to the urban fauna
