The general objective of this study was to establish whether in fact the administrative acts executed by the District Unit of Human Resources of the District Directorate 03D01-Education, in terms of the reports on the proceeding of administrative summary proceedings, had the due motivation required for the validity of the administrative act within the reports prepared in the period corresponding to the year 2017. An improperly motivated administrative act, when subject to administrative or judicial review, may be declared null and void and/or violate fundamental rights, hence the importance of applying consistency when preparing and drafting reports or resolutions emanating from the public administration.
