Abstract

The study was carried out to determine the additive effect of two enzyme complexes (phytase and cellulase) in broiler feed and their influence on weight gain at 45 days. All parameters were used for raising and fattening chickens, being carried out with 400 mixed broiler chickens one day old. The most relevant results were that when supplying Fitasa in the initial stage at a rate of 200gr / Ton, the animals reached a greater weight in the study of the T2 treatment with (719.8 gr), in the growth stage the use of phytase a 200gr / Ton food ratio showed better responses in weight gain (2410gr). Using phytase at a rate of 200gr / Tm of food, the nutritional conversion factor showed only numerical differences, as regards the application of Phytase together with Cellulase, there are no significant differences in the dietary diet.
