Justice for environmental defenders in the Peruvian legal system

The general objective of the research was to analyzejustice for environmental defenders in the Peruvian legal system. This research work was developed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by documentary-bibliographic analysis. Documents were used for this type of study, and the researcher collected, selected, examined and showed the results. A research process was organizedin which the study population was based primarily on written documents, scientific articles and agreements, in order to study them and draw conclusions. Conclusion, the Peruvian State is in a process of adaptation between its policies and legal regulations, in order to be able to provide mechanisms of access to justice for the benefits and needs of the population and to defend their environmental rights. To implement the legal regulations in order to defend the rights of environmental defenders.
