Human talent management: A path to the development of successful educational organizations

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to analyze the management of human talent: A way for the development of successful educational organizations. The development of this research was based on the quantitative approach, the research process consisted of the numerical measures used in data collection, from the survey applied to 120 teachers from different educational institutions. In addition, it was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In turn, it was characterized as descriptive by presenting a precise description of the relevance and pertinence within the current context. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that organizational knowledge is important to provide a sense of direction through guidelines, channels, procedures and resources that allow the creation of optimal conditions to enhance the flow of knowledge that may arise when the opportunity to actively participate in the planning and coordination of the actions to be taken is provided.
