Entrepreneurship from a teacher's perspective

The following research objective is proposed: To analyze entrepreneurship from the teachers' perception. The study is a quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive cross-sectional study, the population consisted of 100 teachers in the city of Chimbote - Peru. The perception of teachers in deficient is 0% showing a low score, in regular level of entrepreneurship it is shown that 44% are located there and finally in good level of entrepreneurship we have 56% which would confirm that the level of entrepreneurship is good and is present in the selected educational institution. In the three dimensions in poor level of entrepreneurship is 0% and that personal entrepreneurship is revealed as more present with a figure of 64% in the good level of entrepreneurship. Education should improve entrepreneurial and intra-entrepreneurial traits considering the personality traits of the students.
