Perspectives and challenges of teacher leadership in post-pandemic times

The objective is to describe the conceptual foundations of teachers in relation to the pedagogical leadership demonstrated by teachers after the post pandemic. The research was based on a descriptive literature review, in a population of 17 scientific articles. The development of a teaching leadership not only takes place in the classroom, but should also be encouraged outside the classroom, promoting empathy, school coexistence in such a way that it is necessary to develop interpersonal skills that establish the educational actors, considering the harmony and compliance with the rules of coexistence, the capabilities that members of the educational community have to achieve to enhance social skills and the development of teacher commitment to the educational community.
