Remote education and educational leadership. A post-pandemic experience COVID-19

The objective is to analyze remote education and educational leadership in post-pandemic COVID-19. A descriptive documentary research was carried out; for this purpose, a bibliographic review of 15 scientific articles was conducted. It is important to take into account that it is necessary to offer a model to improve leadership skills in rural and remote environments through the incorporation of multiple teaching approaches and the consideration of local cultural norms, therefore; a leadership built by the relationship of peers to strengthen the pedagogical work with emphasis on community action, from this point of view projects a leader who goes beyond the classroom in his professional actions, contributing to promote creativity is a challenge of pedagogical leadership as part of encouraging student participation.
