As there is significant at the 0.01 level resulting less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the H1 or affirmative hypothesis is accepted and H0 or null is rejected, therefore, virtual pedagogical technical assistance is required, it has been favorable on managerial performance. However, this training cycle in managers cannot be considered closed, especially when technology advances every day with new proposals for technological resources, which may be incorporated into education, being considerable to be updated to operate them effectively in favor of promoting meaningful learning and durable on students.
