Abstract

The current investigation aims to determine the relationship between soft skills and autonomous learning in primary school students from the institution N ° 88049 Cascajal Bajo, 2021. It was based on a Pearson correlational descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, applying a soft skills program to promote autonomous learning in a population sample of 19 elementary school students. The results being significant in significance of 5%, it is concluded that the applied strategies were favorable, with which, an autonomous learning was generated from which the generation of soft skills in students was encouraged, thereby contributing to strengthening the human dimension of the student in strengthening the Peruvian curriculum, insofar as data are drawn to form an educational system where they are educated transversally in the management of emotional knowledge as a basis for interpersonal relationships in society.
