Abstract

Inequality in school performance is a reality that exists in a large part of the population, be it due to lack of economic resources, social pressure, work activities outside of academic hours, which causes students to decrease their academic performance and may even drop out prematurely His studies; preventing the young person from developing comprehensively and improving their quality of life. Therefore, a descriptive quantitative methodology with a non-experimental design was used. In addition, with the help of the survey technique, it was allowed to know truthful information about the reality of the students. Finally, to eradicate inequality in school performance, the entire educational community must work intertwined to help students awaken their motivation, forming good citizens.
