Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine the parameters that influence and delay the adequate budget management, additionally the determination of the new variables for the improvement of the requirements attention indexes without neglecting improvements at the operational process level, seeking an improvement in the performance of the civil works department. Through descriptive methodology with non-experimental design. It is concluded that continuous growth requires greater investment and planning by the maintenance area. Additionally, it is determined in the finance variable that the best method for communication is the GLPI system (internal incident system) and communication by email, this due to the need to evidence the management with a support of the requested requirements.
