Ordinance on the proper marketing of poultry and livestock

The overall objective of the research was to legally analyse the ordinance for the proper marketing of poultry and livestock. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The technique used was the survey to gather information on the problem described, through the application of a questionnaire to 58 people who were selected by means of simple random probability sampling. It is concluded that the current situation of informal vendors, due to the lack of knowledge of the basic vaccines for livestock and livestock in the parish of Quinchuquí, canton of Otavalo, is that several vendors who sell these animals are people who do not know how to read or write.
