Legal reforms and mechanisms of action in favor of women who are victims of violence

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the legal reforms and mechanisms of action in favor of women victims of violence. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the study population was based basically on written documents. The analytical-synthetic aspect is based on mentally decomposing the system studied. The inductive-deductive method was also used. A questionnaire was elaborated for the students of Febres Cordero Educational Unit 29 of August at the high school level. It is concluded that violence against women is a serious problem that has been dragging ineffable consequences with the passage of time, this problem is visible in all parts of the world, including there are regions or locations in the world where the State itself.
