Drug use, violence and violation of rights among students

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze drug use, violence and violation of rights in students. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and in-depth exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, regulations and laws, among others, describing the findings. Documentary review was used as a technique in the research. The inductive-deductive method was also used. It is concluded that, endogenous and exogenous factors, it can be highlighted that what happens to people declared drug-dependent, from the criminological field, drug-dependence in our country is not considered a crime but a disease that requires priority attention to protect the integral health of people and promote good living.
