Abstract

The general objective of this study was to legally analyze Circular economy and environmental law in manufacturing, Babahoyo, Ecuador. The method of this research was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic reference. From a bibliographic design of documentary type, considering laws, national norms, refereed articles and theses, which led to obtain relevant information. The population involved in this research was 360 workers in different manufacturing companies in the city of Babahoyo, whose sample was 196 people. A questionnaire was applied to them. It is concluded that there is a need to establish a collaborative approach between companies, communities and local authorities to promote circular economy practices in a comprehensive manner. The adoption of these practices not only brings tangible environmental benefits, but also provides an opportunity to strengthen the connection between companies.
