Affectation of the rights of those administered by the popular and solidarity economy system by COVID-19

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the affectation of the rights of those administered of the popular and solidarity economy system by COVID-19. This study was based on the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents, bibliographic references, studies or research projects, from the interpretation of the law. In this case, it is intended to apply as a research technique, the documentary review of texts, doctrine and theses, and norms in relation to the investigated topic. It is concluded that, the position of the institutions of the financial system did not apply to all cases the months of grace to the holders of the obligations, having the authorization and acceptance of the deferrals, despite being provided in the Resolution, however, for the processes of deferral or rescheduling, made on the total value owed to date which included capital, interest due.
