Abstract

The present research work refers to the legal-criminal dogmatic and has as its objective to know the thoughts of the legal professional in free practice, as well as the importance in their training and professional performance and the criterion with respect to criminal law. The research is of descriptive type applying the method of documentary bibliographic analysis that facilitates the development of the research and allows to have a clear vision of what they think with respect to a penal science, that in spite of having certain different characteristics to other sciences, is considered as such; that also does not focus exclusively in the rigid application of the law, but that takes into account the reality in which the actions that motivate a penal cause are developed and the knowledge of the judge to make a decision based on the real.
