Application of justice in medical malpractice

The investigation analyzed several cases of medical malpractice in which it was revealed the importance of medical malpractice cases today, since it is at stake the life of the human being and on the one hand the reputation and ethics of the health professional. However, in our country, despite the fact that this crime is typified in the COIP, it is insufficient since there is no law that regulates it in a truthful and timely manner. With this work we demonstrate the relevance of this issue, and propose some options to prevent the increase of these cases and provide alternatives regarding its solution in the legal field. The research is descriptive, with documentary bibliographic analysis.
