Abstract

The objective of the investigation is to analyze the ineffective dismissal and protection of the right to work to priority groups in Ecuador. Methodologically based on a descriptive documentary type. By virtue of the fact that the worker, demands job stability, since dismissal entails personal and economic conflicts, among others. It should be noted that to demand the legal institution of the ineffective dismissal, the worker must comply with the requirements requested in the law. The ineffective law procedure is an abbreviated procedure, that is, you have to request within thirty days of the dismissal, this same requirement must be required of disabled people, people who are victims of work accidents who need to return to the same job, older adults, LGTBI group, in order not to handle different criteria, for which it is necessary; the reform in the legal text.
