Ética jurídica en la interpretación de normas legales con inteligencia artificial

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito analizar la importancia de la formación jurídica frente al impacto de la IA para la ciencia del derecho, atendiendo que, actualmente en Perú, ya se está implementando la I.A dentro de las Cortes Superiores de Justicia. La metodología empleada contó con un enfoque cualitativo, con alcance descriptivo, de tipo básica. Los informantes clave estuvieron conformados por 2 jueces, 2 fiscales, 2 ingenieros de sistemas y 1 miembro integrante de la Policía Nacional del Perú. Los resultados demostraron la importancia del uso de la inteligencia artificial, así como los riesgos de un mecanismo de cumplimiento de los plazos para el otorgamiento de resoluciones conflictivas. Las conclusiones precisaron que la IA se podría presentar como una alternativa consultiva a la función jurídica del abogado(a).
