Informalidad laboral: Un análisis integral de las causas y factores que perpetúan su existencia

La informalidad laboral se refiere a un fenómeno en el cual los trabajadores se encuentran empleados en actividades económicas que no están reguladas ni protegidas por las leyes laborales y las normativas vigentes, su incremento ha sido notorio desde la llegada de la pandemia, para conocer las causas y factores que lo perpetúan, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática analizando 37 artículos de investigación donde se muestra que una de las causas de la informalidad es el bajo nivel educativo y pocas habilidades. Este estudio sugiere la intervención del ente gubernamental para que incentive la formalización de los emprendimientos.
