Digitization and Arrangement of the historical archive in the Azogues Canton. A documentation experience

The objective of the research was to analyze the process of digitization and ordering of the historical archive in the Azogues canton. The main work was to manage the systematization of experiences developed during the application of the digitization and ordering project of the historical archive, developed by the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Cuenca. Through this project, it has been possible to carry out an internal administrative control of the registry operations that are carried out, as well as the delivery time of the documents has been reduced considerably. The need to carry out administrative control of the registry operation was determined through the statistical study.
