Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze occasional service contracts for persons with disabilities from a constitutional perspective. This research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, which originates from data collection. It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied, which suggests that in order to find the truth, one must look for the facts and not rely on mere speculation. The analytical-synthetic method is also used. It is concluded that the State guarantees equality in work, the establishment of sources of employment and lines of work activities; the definition of minimum rights in the work contract according to the characteristics of the modalities used. In addition, the Constitutional Court of Ecuador has made important advances with respect to the right to stability of persons with disabilities
