Revocation of diplomatic asylum and the rights to life and liberty

The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of the revocation of diplomatic asylum and the rights to life and liberty. The research method was based on the qualitative approach, using the collection and analysis of a documentary-bibliographic typology, which allowed us to organize an analysis of the object of study. For this analysis, refereed works and texts, among others, were considered. Generating an analytical-reflexive process, contributing to the generation of the extension of the state of the art. It is concluded that asylum is manifested as a right and as a legal protection, which is found among the States that grant to those criminals who are traced by reason of some cause in which they are involved and that they are assisted by refuge in a place where the jurisdiction of a State is found.
