Indiscriminate logging of endemic balsa in the Amazonian territory

The general objective of the research is to legally analyze the indiscriminate logging of endemic balsa in the Amazonian territory. The present investigation used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The technique used to collect information was the survey, through the application of a questionnaire to a sample of 78 citizens of the Amazonian territory of Pastaza, Sucumbíos and Napo. In conclusion, it can be said that the purpose of this report is to make people aware of the problem of pollution and the violation of their rights that this problem causes in the Amazon and at the national level. The inadequate use of indiscriminate logging of the endemic balsa in the Amazonian territory has an impact on environmental pollution.
