Unemployment as a promoter of micro-trafficking among young people in the province of Pastaza, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze unemployment as a promoter of micro-trafficking among young people in the province of Pastaza, Ecuador. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The technique used to collect information on the problem described was the survey, through the application of a questionnaire to a sample of 60 students. It is concluded that the commercialization of narcotic substances in the province of Pastaza is a current and worrying reality, which is known by society, however, it is little denounced by the citizens, as it is seen as a source of economic income that produces money circulating in the province.
