Protection of the rights of the administered and sanctioning procedures in local government, Perú

The general objective of the research was to analyze the protection of the rights of the administered and the sanctioning procedures in local governments, Peru. The method developed by the researcher was based on the qualitative approach, and bibliographic sources were used in order to obtain real and updated information to achieve the objective set out in relation to the legal problem under analysis. Supported by the analytical-synthetic techniques. In addition to the inductive method. The interview and the interview were used. The key informants: Two (2) lawyers specialized in administrative law, dedicated to the defense; seven (7) public servants, managers, assistant managers and chiefs, who participate as an instructing, sanctioning or executing body in the local governments of Trujillo; one (1) professor. It is concluded that the rights of the administered in the application of sanctioning procedures in local governments are not adequately protected.
