Violence and non-compliance with human rights against children and adolescents

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze violence and non-compliance with human rights against children and adolescents. The approach taken by the researchers for the development of the method was based on the quantitative approach, through inquiry, collection and critical analysis of documents and bibliographic references, based on the methodical, rigorous and in-depth exploration of various documentary sources consisting of articles, theses, regulations and laws, among others, describing the findings. Data was obtained from a population of 110 people, including children and adolescents, as well as parents in a rural area. It is concluded that, in all the legal platform of Ecuador, the defense of the rights of children and adolescents is promulgated, however, the facts indicate that there is still much to be done by public and private sector agencies.
