Nullity defects in the mediation act's enabling documents

The general objective was to legally analyze the defects of nullity in the enabling documents of the mediation act. This study was based on the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents, bibliographic references, studies or research projects, from the interpretation of law. The documentary research technique was applied. In this case, it is intended to apply as a research technique, the documentary review of texts, theses, laws and norms. It is concluded that the defects of nullity in the enabling documents of the mediation act are the result of the lack of knowledge or bad development of the mediation act by the parties involved. The representatives of the law have to fix the recommendations for improvement, when there is an omission on the part of the mediators in the case of some omission, there is no clear reasoning of execution, so that the persons reach to exercise their rights before the minutes.
