Administrative Sanctioning System with Socio-Educational Protection Measures for Children and Adolescents

With this article the necessary information will be expanded to make known what should be the coverage of operationalization of the guarantee of effective and comprehensive judicial protection in matters of protection of children and adolescents, with which the main point is intended optimize the provision of services in cases where the administration of justice is needed under a doctrine of comprehensive protection, through the development of strategic and operational programs that allow establishing the procedural principles for the administration of justice in the case of children and adolescents between 8 and 13 years, involved in punishable acts, in the Municipality of Los Taques, Santa Cruz de Los Taques Parish, Population of Hoyito del Estado Falcón; because the Organic Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents only establishes criminal responsibility for adolescents over 14 years of age.
