Abstract

The objective of the investigation was to analyze access to justice in cases of ineffective dismissal of pregnant women in Ecuador. It was developed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by the documentary-bibliographic analysis, for the empirical phase, the data collection was used through the survey technique in a population sample of 10 women in a state of pregnancy, eradicated in the city of Puyo - Ecuador, between 20 and 40 years of age. The lack of legal culture of the employee and the abuse by the employers are evident, taking advantage of the little or no knowledge of the employee regarding her rights. In Ecuador, it is evident that the rights of the worker are violated by not having a legal contract, thus not enjoying the rights of the law, leaving them defenseless.
